How We Got Our Start

Hickory Pizza is a pizzeria and Italian/American eatery in Chatham, NJ. Owned by brothers Shawn and Ryan (RJ) Crowley, who enjoy serving the community with quality food and 25+ years of experience. Shawn, a resident of Chatham, bought Hickory Pizza in November 2000. His brother Ryan, a resident of Morris Plains, bought half the business in July 2008. Both Shawn and Ryan grew up in Madison and are graduates of Madison High School.  They come from a big, close-knit family, and you will notice the whole family pitching in to help out from time to time. The brothers enjoy seeing familiar faces of those they grew up with and love to welcome newcomers to the neighborhood as well.
